LinkedIn provides access to a massive talent pool of professionals across different industries and job functions. Recruiters can use the platform to search for candidates by job title, location, skills, experience, and other criteria.

Part 1:
On your Linkedin profile click on POST A JOB in the right-hand corner to get started

When job seekers are looking for positions, they usually search for such positions in their search section, so it is not a good idea to post Jobs directly as a post. There are limitations, such as not being seen as properly developed keywords are not provided when posting a job, and the job cannot appear in search results in the Job section.

The next segment is to input the right job title and other details as required. The Job title is an important keyword, so it should be well written.

After that, more information like your keywords will be required in the Job details and applicant option section.

This is the final stage, after which Job posting can be done.

To effectively make use of the LinkedIn recruiter feature, one needs to have a fully-optimized LinkedIn profile.
